What we collect

When you submit the quote form on this site we receive the details you type into it: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, project address or ZIP code, your preferred contact method, a description of the work, and any photos you attach.

Separately from the form, this site runs a measurement script provided by our marketing partner. It records which pages you visit, the site or ad that referred you, and general information about your browser and device. It sets a cookie holding a randomly generated session identifier, so that pages viewed in one visit are recognised as the same visit. That identifier is not your name and is not linked to you unless you choose to send us the form.

Cookies and measurement

The measurement script described above sets a cookie on your browser. We use it to understand how people find the site and which pages lead to enquiries, so we know where our advertising is worth spending. We do not use it to serve you ads on other websites.

If you would rather not be measured, most browsers let you block third-party cookies and site data, or browse in a private window. Blocking it does not affect anything on this site — the pages, the gallery and the quote form all work exactly the same.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your request and discuss the work at your home. If you tell us your preferred contact method, we use that one.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our team except where a service provider is needed to deliver the message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up on your project and to keep a record of work discussed or completed. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or message the number below and we will take care of it.

Contacting us elsewhere

If you message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, those conversations are also governed by the privacy policies of those platforms, which we do not control.
